We aim to ensure every individual under Community DoLS receives timely, lawful, and person-centred care authorisations through diligent collaboration with legal teams, care providers, and the Court of Protection.

We adopt a compassionate, transparent, and meticulous approach, conducting mental capacity assessments, advocating for those without representation, and partnering with ICBs, local authorities, and care providers to meet Court of Protection standards efficiently.

Our mission is to safeguard the rights and dignity of individuals lacking capacity by delivering expert Community DoLS services, independent advocacy, and thorough documentation to secure lawful care arrangements.

At our organisation, we are committed to protecting the rights and dignity of individuals through our specialised Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) service and Independent Advocacy Service. We support people living in the community, including those in supported living accommodations, who lack the capacity to consent to their care arrangements. Our mission is to ensure that any restrictions placed on their care are lawful, necessary, and in their best interests, in accordance with the UK Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in the Cheshire West case (2014).

We provide a comprehensive range of specialised services to support individuals under Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) and ensure lawful, person-centred care arrangements.
